2023 — summaries of what we managed to do
Friends, we are publishing the report of the Ufond work for the past year. We are proud and happy that all our efforts, ideas and time have found their embodiment in projects to help Ukrainians!
The main direction of the Ufond is Children's Aid.
Closing fees for the treatment and rescue of children with acquired and congenital health defects. Together with you, in 12 months of 2023, we helped 11 children and collected UAH 1 074 373.
Charity events together with long-standing and reliable friends of the Foundation, the Fora network and other Ukrainian companies to save the hearts of soldiers and children. A total of 1 146 557 UAH was collected for 3 joint actions. They helped 2 soldiers and 8 children.
Assistance to the military.
Support for our brave military remains mandatory personal and partnership assistance. Thermal imagers, first-aid kits, emergency shelters, a generator, a charging station, laptops, a printer, food products, all this and much more, we handed over to our defenders. 458,167 UAH were collected during the "Heart beats in the rhythm of the Armed Forces" actions. The total amount of aid to the military for 2023 was UAH 856 650.
Assistance to children's institutions.
In 2023, together with you, we visited orphanages and orphanages in Kyiv, Dnipro, Izmail, Poltava, Chernihiv, Kyiv and Sumy regions. They delivered generators, clothes, shoes, televisions and computers, sports equipment, toys and books, food, rehabilitation and medical equipment, warm blankets and paid for repairs to the premises. Thanks to the permanent partners of the Ufund, the company "Agroprominjiniring" paid for fire protection in the Chereshensk Children's Lyceum boarding school and the installation of windows in the Taraschan Educational Rehabilitation Center. Through partner charities, New Year's gifts and creative kits were given to children in Kramatorsk, Siversk and Zaporizhzhia. They provided assistance to children's institutions in the total amount of UAH 859 981
Humanitarian help.
In 2023, during the flood, due to the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP by the Russian military, we went to the Kherson region and delivered 3 relief vehicles - this is 2 tons of water, 300 kg of animal feed, more than 100 kg of clothes and blankets, 800 kg of food and several dozen kg of disinfectants and cleaning agents. Aid was sent to Mykolaiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast, Donetsk and Sumy Oblasts, totaling more than 5,600 food kits.
They helped IDPs in Kyiv and Poltava regions, provided families with milk from TM "Yagotynske", diapers, food products, and gifts for children. In total, about 4,300 people received such assistance.
We also provided food aid to the Military Rehabilitation Center, and donated bed linen, towels, and diapers to the Social Center for Elderly Care in the Odesa Region.
Assistance to medical institutions.
Thanks to the partners of the Ufund, companies and charitable organizations provided assistance to medical institutions in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kherson, Kyiv and Kryvyi Rih: heating systems for patients, anti-bedsore mattresses, verticalizers, furniture and mats, generators, consumable medical materials, various antiseptic and hygienic products, as well as products food and sports rehabilitation equipment for the military rehabilitation center. In general, for 2023, we provided assistance in the amount of UAH 402 437.
Summing up, we would like to say that all this would not have been possible without the support of our partners, friends, volunteers and donors.
