Children’s Rights: From Concept to Protection: The Center for Civil Liberties Launches a New Online Course
Knowing that children have rights is not enough; understanding how these rights work in practice is far more complex. This is precisely the focus of the new online course "Children's Rights: From Concept to Protection," organized by the Kyiv School of Human Rights and the Center for Civil Liberties. Over the course of four modules, participants will explore the evolution of the children's rights concept and the international standards and mechanisms that safeguard them. They will examine in detail the fundamental principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, analyze real-life cases and the challenges posed by martial law, and learn about practical tools for their work. Training dates: October 10, 11, 17, and 18 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:15 PM Format: Online via Zoom Find more details about the course here. Course registration
