Save, don't risk: a new online course on volunteer safety in wartime

Ukrainian Volunteer Service and online education studio EdEra launched an online course on the basic principles of personal safety of volunteers — physical, digital and psychological.

Since February 24, volunteers have been investing their resources in helping others. Carrying out hundreds of tasks, they often forget to take care of themselves.

The online course consists of four modules, during which you will find out:

- How to assess risks and increase the level of security?
- What is digital security and how to protect yourself from fraudsters?
- How to volunteer on the frontline and temporarily occupied territories?
- What is psychological safety and how to deal with burnout?

Experts of the course are representatives of the Ukrainian Volunteer Service, Center for Civil Liberties / Центр громадянських свобод, Privacy HUB, Восток SOS and Veteran Hub.
