The First National Forum of Volunteer Councils
In March, the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine held the first National Forum of Volunteer Councils, which brought together representatives from all regions of Ukraine. This was the first space for an open dialogue between volunteers, the state and business - about real challenges, cooperation and development of the volunteer movement. As a result of the forum, a joint WhatsApp community was created, which already unites volunteers and philanthropists from all over the country. This is a space for coordination, finding partnerships, exchanging assistance and relevant information. Every week, the community hosts online meetings with representatives of the Ministry, training on taxation and grants, as well as meetings with speakers, the topics of which are chosen by the participants themselves. We invite volunteers, representatives of volunteer initiatives, charitable and public organizations to review this information and join the community.
